Faces Of OMA: Jamieson Cochrane

Jamieson has been visiting Oma since 2005. Over the years, both he – and Oma – have grown and evolved in profound ways.

“Before coming to Oma, my mind was completely disconnected from my body,” he says. “But over time, coming [to Oma] regularly for adjustments – and learning to pay attention to certain things – connected me to my body and inspired me to prioritize wellness.”

Now in his 40s, Jamieson is in the best shape of his life thanks to regular workouts, good nutrition, and (of course) his wellness treatments – and he credits Oma as the catalyst that got him there.

As for what he loves most about Oma, he points to its warm sense of place and whole health approach. “Oma has transformed into a place where you can go for massage, chiropractic, acupuncture, seminars,” he says. “It’s truly a whole health place to go with a great sense of community.

“When I walk in the door, I’m greeted by name,” he says. “Everyone’s smiling. At Oma, I feel a deep sense of belonging, welcome, and warmth. It’s this community feel that really sets Oma apart from the rest.”
