“At Oma, you feel like family.”
Meg first set foot inside Oma a couple of years ago on the recommendation of someone from a neighbourhood moms’ group – and it proved to be a life-changing decision.
She came because she was seeking relief for some chronic health issues and pain – which the chiropractic team helped to address – but quickly discovered how beneficial regular care was to her ongoing comfort and overall wellbeing. “I go in feeling not great and I leave feeling relief,” she says.
After seeing the changes in her, Meg’s husband Matt – an active guy with a few aches and pains as a result of an active youth – began visiting Oma too.
Both Meg and Matt – and their three boys – now travel 15 minutes down the DVP and into Riverside every two weeks to see Dr. Adrienne for ‘regular maintenance’, as Meg calls it.
“I can’t understand how people exist without regular visits to the Chiropractor, and being aligned,” says Meg. “If you’re hesitant or curious about Chiropractic and what it can do for you, Oma is the place to go. They won’t do anything you’re not comfortable with, and the whole process is very low-pressure. If all you want to do at first is chat, Dr. Adrienne will do it.”
As for what she loves most about Oma, Meg says it has to be the staff. “The level of friendliness at Oma is really special,” she says. “You don’t get that everywhere. Dr. Adrienne is SO great with all her patients – especially the kids – and takes a genuine interest in them. At Oma you feel like family.”
