That is all we ever really need to do: “Feel GOOD.”
When you feel exhausted, overwhelmed, even sad, the only thing you need to find is something- anything – to feel good about, and the Law of Attraction will bring you things to feel good about… IT IS LAW.
This can feel challenging when you are buried under the weight of negative feelings but it can be so simple if you simply reach for the next positive feeling that comes to you.
There are some ways you can help yourself to those next Feel Good thoughts:
- Find Gratitude in your life… through journaling, acknowledging, simply saying “Thank You” out loud and connect to those words.
- Create a greater sense of relaxation by re-setting your nervous system through a massage or chiropractic adjustment.
- Roll out your mat or blanket and indulge in a quick restorative yoga sequence or a few minutes of mindful meditation.
- Mindfully connect to a few things you are grateful for before you go to bed…when you wake up…both.
Make time to Feel Good and the world will be better, for all of us.
