In light of September 30th being National Day for Truth and Reconciliation in Canada, the Oma team held a group meeting to discuss our thoughts and share resources. As a team we agreed we wanted to be respectful, to listen and learn, to ask questions, and to educate ourselves. We wanted to place ourselves in a way that would show that we care without dominating the conversation.
We want to remain open to learning, and so we shared the following resources we have found helpful and eye-opening.
