I discovered Jill Miller’s The Roll Model MethodⓇ (also known as Yoga Tune UpⓇ) 2 years ago as I began to research how to teach Crossfit mobility. My body literally woke up as I uncovered different ways of relieving tissue tension. I could feel more acutely what was happening in my body as I moved and as a result, I started to move better. Our ability to move properly allows us to train better, work more effectively and live an overall better life. It is amazing how day to day movements become easier when we can move and function at our best. The Roll Model MethodⓇ is a self treatment program using grippy, pliable, rubber balls to help eradicate aches and pains in your body. The balls grab at multiple layers of skin and connective tissue, loosening them up so you can not only increase mobility but even breathe better. The techniques in this method will wake up your body.
It an effective way to help with pain relief methods that leave you (regardless of age, experience or activity level) feeling better, stronger, happier, and more relaxed!
