Here at OMA we believe that movement is essential for maintaining your overall health. We support our practice members whether it is simply to keep up with their kids, starting on a new fitness journey or completing other physical feats! Our OMA team is here to guide and support you through your personal and professional fitness goals.

We assist you in making sure your body will continue to be there for you while you are busy living and staying active. Chiropractic, massage therapy, cold laser therapy, acupuncture, naturopathy and nutrition can be used to improve your body’s resiliency and recovery times. We want you to be able to spend more of your time out in the world enjoying your activities, knowing your body is feeling its best, rather than on the couch recovering.
