- ¾ cup full fat coconut milk
- ¾ cup unsweetened nut milk of choice
- ½ cup chopped strawberries
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp maple syrup (or more, to taste)
- ¼ tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp lemon juice
1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl
2. Separate into 6 popsicle molds and freeze for a minimum of 3 hours
