My training in various techniques gives me an openness to the workings of the human body. My toolbox includes Yoga Training, Reflexology, Cranio-sacral Therapy, and Acupuncture certifications.

I work as a chiropractor because I love its ideas about being present in your body. The idea is that through hands-on care, we can be more body aware, more flexible to change, more resilient, and interact with the world from a place of intended actions rather than reactions.
