This foundational class will explore the common misconceptions we have about mindfulness and learn how you can simply bring mindfulness into your life. We will explore in this class how the body can be a direct portal to the present, as well as the long-term benefits that come when establishing a regular meditation routine. If you are curious, new to this practice, and just want to know where to start, this is the perfect place for you.
