Nervous System Reset, 4-week Yoga Series

Our body has a natural rhythm that moves between sympathetic and parasympathetic states. Nervous system yoga uses mind/body tools such as breath, body awareness, and movement to bring us back into that natural rhythm with more ease, creating a sense of safety and connection in the body.

These super-sweet yoga classes are designed to help you work with your body to calm the nervous system, moving through feelings of stress, anxiety, and overwhelm. Expect to learn more about working with your nervous system through discussion, tools you can use in your daily life, a slow and gentle yoga class, and ending with Yoga Nidra.

All levels welcome!

Every Sunday from Nov. 27th - Dec 18th
11:30am - 1:00pm
$110+hst for 4-weeks!
